All the professional service providers on MiServ have undergone an internal process guaranteeing their quality and regulatory compliance. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, even though when making your request there is an evaluation of the service provider that can be seen by you and the MiServ staff, we recommend that you write to us at particulares@miserv.es.
In the MiServ Particulares App, and at the level of each job requested, you can leave feedback on the service you received. This information will be available only to you and to the MiServ staff.
Yes. As a professional, you can do this from the private area of the MiServ website. As a private client, you can do this from our MiServ Particulares App.
